New Business Tools from Twitter

Twitter has launched  two kinds of tools for business purpose. The first tool is a search tool and the second one is an online manual for businesses.

The new search tool allows users to create a continuous real-time update box on a custom search topic. The way it looks can be custom edited and it can be placed on a Web page.

The online manual for business called Twitter 101 contains Web pages and a downloadable slideshow and case studies on companies such as Pepsi, Dell, and JetBlue that have used Twitter and show how those businesses can use the service.

In addition to the new widget and business how-to section, Twitter is reportedly planning to introduce a new home page next week that will be less confusing to use. The Wall Street Journal’s All Things Digital blog reported that the new home page will let users try out the service without before they sign up and will feature a search box and information on Twitter trends.

  1. I’m thankful I’m not the only one who feels this way. I endeavour to publish riveting posts with info, but I can’t be one of those blogs that’s purely educational, even if I do adhere to a couple themes. I too favor reading blogs with that personalised element.

  2. Easily, the post is actually the greatest on this deserving topic. I agree with your conclusions and will thirstily look forward to your coming updates. . . . .
